Our Sunshine Coast physiotherapists have experience with treating all musculoskeletal conditions. Our goal is to use our experience to understand your injury, manage your pain and provide a treatment pathway. We strive to provide the best physiotherapy on the Sunshine Coast and Coolum Beach.

Part of recovering from an injury is also completing your day to day activities under load. At Rediscover Physio we use our private gym to focus on your painful or fearful activities so that you can continue doing the things you enjoy or need to in your own life.
Exercise Rehabilitation consults:
1-on-1 sessions with a physiotherapist in Coolum Beach, focused on strengthening your muscles for functional use.
Classes:
Our classes have 6 clients in a class, all doing their own private program under the supervision of a physiotherapist. Our physiotherapists create your program to ensure it is specific to you.
Gym Access:
Get access to our gym outside of class times between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM to help with your rehabilitation.

We can treat in our clinic at Coolum Beach using our private room, hydrotherapy pool and gym. Or we can do home visits in the local Coolum, Peregian Springs, Noosa and Mooloolaba region.

Established in 2021 by David Castle-Burns, Rediscover Physio is a growing Sunshine Coast health service. Practicing out of our private clinic space in Coolum Beach, allows us to commit to delivering high quality physiotherapy services.
