Deborah is a qualified physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant as she was finishing her degree to gain further face to face patient experience. In this role she has worked with DVA, Medicare, Workcover, and Aged care clients with a variety of injuries and conditions to reduce their pain and encourage and assist them to accomplish their goals. Deborah is also a certified Pilates instructor.

During her degree she worked and learned from experienced Physiotherapists in rural hospitals, Sydney acute care wards, Indigenous Medical centres, and community physiotherapy organisations across eastern Australia. Gaining a wealth of varied experience. Leading many exercise classes across the Sunshine Coast, she has helped many members of the community find enjoyment in exercise, fitness and injury recovery. She has created and lead many different classes ranging from seated classes, hydrotherapy, boxing and more so that everyone can find a type of exercise that they enjoy and feel confident with.

Deborah enjoys Netball, circus, and various sports on her time off and has first-hand experience of sporting injuries which she uses to help others through their return to sport.

Deborah is passionate and determined in her mission to help as many people as she can discover that they are able to accomplish more than they realise. With physiotherapy, they can live each day with less pain and greater ease than they believed was possible.
Lucy is a qualified Exercise Physiologist, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Lucy has been exposed to many different aspects of Exercise Physiology throughout her degree by working with clients from NDIS, DVA, Medicare, Workcover and general population. She has been exposed to treating many different clients with various injuries and conditions as well as management plans to provide the best care for each individual, as well as having had the opportunity to provide leadership in group classes for various conditions.
Throughout her degree Lucy was a swim instructor and learn to swim teacher which she uses in her practice to understand the different exercise requirements for people depending on what is best suited to individuals to achieve their goals. She has also played various sports throughout the years which provides help in understanding various injuries and training techniques. Specific sports including swimming, touch football, soccer and dance.
Lucy has a passion for helping people reach their full potential and quality of life, with specific interests in neurological disorders, musculoskeletal, aged care and general everyday activities. Her focus is to help people achieve their full potential whether that be in sport or to just enjoy everyday activities.
Will is a Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist with a background in personal training. He has been in the health and fitness industry for six years. Growing up in the small town of Goondiwindi, I loved my sports, getting involved with rugby, cricket, tennis, and short and long-distance running, and he even gave basketball a go.
Although a great place to grow up, Goondiwindi only offered a little in the health and fitness industry, so he moved to the Sunshine Coast to give himself a better chance at gaining experience and learning opportunities.
During this time, he have found a passion for learning about the anatomy and physiology of the human body. He does so daily to give my clients the best treatment and experience possible.
David is an experienced sports physiotherapist who has been providing the Sunshine Coast Physio since 2018. He has worked extensively with everyday injuries, neurological physiotherapy, as well as sports physiotherapy. He also has lots of experience with orthopaedic rehabilitation.
David graduated with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra in 2018 and moved up to the Sunshine Coast for some warmer weather. He has spent the last 5 year constantly improving his physiotherapy, ensuring he provides his patients with the best possible treatment for their condition.
David’s passion for Sports physiotherapy, led him to complete his Masters in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2023. He uses the skills and knowledge from these further qualifications to bring high quality physiotherapy to all his patients.
David’s vision was always to create a physiotherapy clinic for the community. He focus’ on injury prevention and honest injury management. With a focus on helping everyone stay strong enough to do what they enjoy everyday.
Having previously been a sports trainer and with his Level 2 in Run Coaching, David uses his vast experience in sport to assist people to reach their potential, whether that’s getting back to sport or competing at a high level.
