Our difference is about providing an evidenced based physiotherapy approach that is focused on your outcomes.
Detailed assessment of your injury. We will review how your body is moving to determine all the possible sources of your symptoms.
We will use the information you give us and the assessment to provide a diagnosis. This will include the sources of your symptoms, as well as how to address this and honest timeframes.
Using a compliment of hands on treatment and exercise therapy, we will address the identified symptoms of your pain. All treatment is individual to your sources of symptoms, we will highlight why you are doing an exercise and how that will change your symptoms.
At the core of every physiotherapy consultation are three fundamental values that guide our practice: excellence, integrity, and empathy.
From the start of your consult, you are our sole attention. We are dedicated to providing the best possible treatment and care throughout your physiotherapy journey.
Rediscover Physio is about rediscovering the benefits Physiotherapy can be. We are about ensuring that everyone is treated as an individual to the best of our abilities, with no inflated treatment pathways. If we can get you better faster, we will try.
During your treatment, we will show empathy to understand what you are going through and how that makes you feel.
