Working at Rediscover Physio is a joy. The community of clients and colleagues, the clean quiet clinic rooms, the gym space, and the incredible support you get from the whole team but particularly, the incredible David Castle-Child, all combine to create an environment that allows me to relax and focus on my clients. David has helped reassure, guide, and given up his time to discuss and review various topics or cases when needed and stepped back when I was confident to manage something independently. As someone who can be anxious and unsure of my own knowledge and expertise at times this has been invaluable and helped me to build my confidence as a physiotherapist.

David proactively makes time to discuss goals and help his staff work towards different interest areas. He works with his staff to contact and build connections with other professionals to refer clients that will allow physiotherapists to build their experience in that specialty area.

Rediscover Physio allows physiotherapists to adjust their work hours, allowing greater opportunities to engage in other commitments outside of work and maintain a healthy work-life balance. The reduction or prevention of any additional work outside of work hours is strongly encouraged and protected.

Clinicians can work in a variety of spaces. Many of my clients have home visits or hydrotherapy appointments, which helps break up the workday and reducing any repetitiveness that may arise in a traditional clinical setting. This variety not only helps keep the workday dynamic but also allows clinicians to connect with clients in diverse environments, tailoring care to their unique needs. Each health professional has their own clinic room to provide a quiet and confidential space for clients, and room for employees to relax, and focus uninterrupted, on any administrative tasks.
