Rediscover Physio

The Rediscover Occupational Therapy Approach

You can expect patient care and outcomes to be at the core of the Occupational Therapy service we provide. Our assessment and treatment focus specifically on the patient needs and goals, without any unnecessary complexities or drawn-out report writing time.

We’re driven by our motto, Rediscover Your Potential, which means you can expect a transparent process with a team that values integrity, empathy and excellence. Our OTs collaborate with the patient’s wider team (family, support coordinators and other healthcare professionals) to ensure the best possible outcomes, whether it be post-surgical recovery support or managing a chronic condition.

Ultimately, our Rediscover OT approach is focussed on achieving meaningful participation in life.

Your health, Your Potential

Physical and mental health challenges aren’t meant to be faced alone. At Rediscover Physio, our dedicated Occupational Therapist works with you to support daily activities and improve your overall function. Booking is simple, you can schedule directly through the clinic or via your support worker.

Our Occupational Therapist will tailor your care to your needs, whether that’s a home visit or a clinic appointment. Home visits allow us to recommend modifications and support you if leaving is difficult. Clinic appointments are ideal for hands-on support including splints, exercise programs and skill development.
