All of our Billing Options and Fees
Medicare's Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program ? (GPCCMPP)
Medicare’s EPC program allows up to five treatments per calendar year.
At Rediscover Physio, we believe that price should not be a factor that prevents people accessing high quality care.
For this reasion, Rediscover Physio in Coolum Beach Bulk Bills for these physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services.
Rediscover Physio is one of the few clinics to do so on the Sunshine Coast.
There are strict eligibility criteria for the EPC – for more information please ask your GP, to see if you qualify and to complete the required paperwork.
DVA
Rediscover Physio is a registered DVA provider on the Sunshine Coast.
Working with eligible veterans to provide high quality Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services.
We offer these in our Private Clinic space, including individual rooms and a private Gym space, that can be empty if required to help Veterans that don’t like loud or busy spaces.
We also offer DVA Veterans, Occupational Therapy services.
There is no gap fee on this treatment and services are billed directly to DVA.
NDIS
Rediscover Physio is a Registered NDIS Provider.
We are able to see people that are Self Managed, Plan Managed or NDIA Managed on the Sunshine Coast.
We offer Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Occupational Therapy services under our NDIS Registration.
We offer a private clinic space, that is neutral space, and a private gym space that we don’t share with anyone for our services in Coolum Beach.
We also offer home visits to the Sunshine Coast region.
NDIS fees are set out by NDIS and will be billed to the client or their plan manager or the NDIA directly.

WorkCover QLD
We accept all WorkCover physiotherapy referrals with a medical certificate issued by a GP. There are no out-of-pocket expenses, as Rediscover Physio charges WorkCover directly for the services. WorkCover programs can provide in-rooms treatment, gym programs and hydrotherapy programs, depending on your individual needs.
We also communicate closely with your GP with your current working capacity and other services you may benefit from to help get you back to work as quickly as possible.
My Aged Care Services
Rediscover Physio partners with a number of My Aged Care Providers to offer clients our Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology and Occupational Therapy services as they age.
We offer one on one services, small group classes or home visits as required.
We have a number of services specifically to help people stay at home for as long as possible including:
Falls prevention classes
Strong Bones (For Arthritis and Osteoporosis)
Parkinson’s Class.
If we are currently not a contracted provider for your My Aged Care Provider, please reach out as we are happy to complete the required paperwork for you to use our services through your package.
