Athlete Physiotherapy Program
Rediscover Physio’s Vision remains the same for 2025, to help the local community to Rediscover their Potential. Our Sponsorship Program is designed to recognise and support local athletes as they pursue their sporting dreams.
Led by Rediscover Physio’s APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, athletes will have access to experienced physiotherapy as if they were a professional athlete, to help them achieve their goals for 2025.
For 2025 we have revamped our sponsorship program to better support our athletes
Gold Service:
Have access to our full physiotherapy services from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
Have access to our Physiotherapy Led Classes.
Have access to our Massage Therapist and Exercise Physiologist.
Free Musculoskeletal screen to identify areas for further improvement.
Strength and conditioning programs, periodised towards your major events.
10% off for your family and friends referred by you, that mention you as their referrer at their initial consult
Selection Criteria:
Be over 16 years of age.
Be a local (Residing within 20km of Coolum Beach).
Be currently playing or participating in your sport.
Have no other physiotherapy or allied health sponsorship
What are we looking for?
You do not have to be an elite athlete to qualify for this program. Your dreams may be from completing your first 10km fun run, competing for your state in your chosen sport, or working towards performing your very own dance routine.
A desire to reach your potential.
We are looking for passion and commitment to your chosen sport. We are after someone that is seeking to constantly improve and compete at their best, whether that is participating, a top 10 finish or winning.
What do we offer?
Access to gold standard physiotherapy, injury prevention strategies and recovery modalities as per the Gold or Silver service.
Free Performance and Injury Risk assessment.
Individualised strengthening exercises to improve your performance (as per your assessment).
Rediscover Physio branded activewear.
What do we expect?
Willingness to participate in physiotherapy sessions.
Keep us updated on your upcoming events.
Be an ambassador for our brand, recommending Rediscover Physio so that we can help others stay well and stay injury free. Wear your Rediscover Physio gear to training or competition when possible.
Tag Rediscover Physio in your facebook and instagram posts relevant to your sporting achievements for the duration of the sponsorship.

Sports Club Program
As a part of our Mission statement and Core values we want to continue to support our local grass roots community. We welcome local sports clubs of all sizes to apply for our program for the upcoming season.
What do we offer?
Free in club triage (Evening that suits your club).
$10 discount off all Physiotherapy services for club members.
$5 rebate back to club per consultation (paid at the end of the financial year).
Sports education sessions by a physiotherapist at your club.
Athlete screening for Men’s and Women’s first grade teams prior to season start.
